Well Being / Mental Health Chart - Pictures & Tracking Sheet
An excellent way to track your student’s emotional state and mental health throughout the year.

HOW IT WORKS:
Display the 10 emotions somewhere in your classroom.
Each day, the children must choose an emotion that best describes how they FEEL.
They must stick their name next to the relevant emotion … just laminate the children’s names and add blue tack to the back so that they can stick their name on the chart.
Also attached is a ‘Teacher’ Chart to record and monitor your student’s well being on a weekly basis.
